Remember that shipments depart regularly from Monday to Friday.
Weekend Order Processing:
Orders placed from Thursday evening to Friday afternoon will be processed starting the following Monday. This way, we ensure that your order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times:
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is 24-48 business hours. 80% of shipments are delivered within 24 hours, while the remaining 20% take up to 48 hours. Please note that delivery times may vary based on distance, any extraordinary disruptions, or weather conditions. For shipments to islands, the estimated delivery time is 72-96 hours. Please note that these delivery times apply only to business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Pickup at a Collection Point:
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can select a “Collection Point” when placing your order. We have over 6,000 Bartolini – Fermopoint collection points to choose from, including newsstands, tobacconists, stationery stores, and other participating businesses. Simply indicate your preference and select the collection point closest to you.
